We wanted to continue our tradition of vintage seasonal Kefir with 100% rhubarb, sugar-free and alcohol-free Kefir

On the eve of summer, we asked Guigui's farm in Brabant Wallon to harvest the finest stalks for us. Matured for two months in sandstone vats, it has the sweet, tangy notes typical of our range.
 
Rhubarb dominates the nose with its citrus aromas. On the palate, the acidity is fresh and juicy. This fine beverage is softened by notes of lychee and vanilla.
